Pam Thompson, CPPO, FCPM, FCN
Procurement Manager

Pam Thompson has been in public procurement for over twenty years.  She has earned certifications from UPPCC and the State of Florida, designating her a Professional Procurement Manager.  She is the past president of Southeast Florida Governmental Cooperative and serves on committees for Florida Association of Public Purchasing Officers, and Southeast Florida Chapter of NIGP.

Procurement Disivion

The Procurement Division serves as a centralized purchasing service for the City’s various agencies and departments. It is our mission to provide best value purchasing, excellent customer service and a transparent process, while serving the City and its taxpayers.

The Procurement Division is responsible for the purchase of all equipment, supplies and services and ensuring the City’s actions are in accordance with the State of Florida Statutes, City Ordinance and NIGP Code of Ethics that govern the Procurement process. The Division coordinates the processing of Bids, Requests for Proposal (RFP’s) and Request for Qualification (RFQ’s) for applicable goods, service and equipment used in our municipal services.
