The purpose of Keep Miami Gardens Beautiful (KMGB) is to instill pride and positive behavioral changes regarding littering, natural resource conservation, recycling and more.
The Landscaping Division is responsible for maintaining the City’s urban forest, landscaping in City right-of-ways, roadside mowing and vegetation control maintenance of the landscaping, which also includes litter control, weeding, trimming, and fertilizing the plant material.
In 2013, City staff retained the services of a consultant to conduct a study with the objective to assist establishing a City of Miami Gardens Bus Circulator Pilot Program.
The Street Division provides efficient, effective, friendly, pro-active, high quality customer service while maintaining and improving streets and right-of-ways within our areas of responsibility.
